3. Client responsibilities

If you are a business using our AI services, you agree to:

• Use the services lawfully and ethically

• Inform your customers when AI is used (e.g. inbound call disclosure)

• Ensure you have the right to process any personal data provided to us

• Not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes

You remain responsible for:

• Your customer communications

• Your business decisions

• Compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR and PECR)

4. Data protection

• Payments are due according to agreed terms

• Late payments may result in suspension of services

All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

All content, software, AI configurations, branding, and materials provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You may not copy, resell, or distribute our services without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• We are not responsible for business decisions made using AI outputs

• Avoidable losses caused by misuse of the services are your responsibility

Either party may terminate services:

• Immediately if there is a serious breach of these Terms

Upon termination:

• Access to services may cease

• Data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and DPA
